Many nonprofits are managing their HR without a dedicated human resources professional. While it is a lot to keep organized, implementing good HR practices doesn’t have to be difficult. Join this webinar series for a refresher course on the basics of good HR. Learn the essentials of keeping your HR practices up-to-date, discover what to document and how, and gain tools to implement right away at your organization.
 
All sessions will be led by Jackie Swiesz of Associated Employers, a not-for-profit voluntary employers’ association that provides information services on promoting and maintaining positive employer-employee relationships.
The webinar is one hour long and all begin at 12 pm EST. Registration closes the Friday before each webinar and Associated Employers will send the log-in instructions prior to the start of the webinar. Please note that you will need to log in both online and with a phone to hear the audio. Participants will be sent the presentation as well as tools referenced in the webinar.
