Join Lisa Williams for a check-in and overview* of last year's executive retreat. We'll then dive right into the 'next chapter' of leadership sustainability. This open discussion will result in participants discussing potential barriers and identifying goals in the 4 areas of leadership sustainability: renewal, value, focus, meaning. This next chapter of finding balance will open with guided coaching focused on taking these principles and applying them throughout your organization.
