Is It Seriously November Already?

Did you wake up to snow this morning?  Can it really be time for snow, holiday tunes on the radio, wish books from toy stores in the mail and tinsel?   Not sure about you, but I’m trying not rush to December! 

If your nonprofit hasn’t started working on your year-end plans yet, it’s likely time to kick it into overtime!  At KNN, we are putting the final touches on our year-end efforts (read more here) – planning for our participation in Giving Tuesday on December 3 (we’re practicing for KY Gives Day on April 9!) and wrapping up details on new initiatives for 2014.  The articles in this e-newsletter share some of the most helpful resources we’ve found on year-end ideas for our most popular topics – volunteerism and fundraising.  I hope they’ll help you tweak (or kick start) your nonprofit’s plans!
